Q. What are the training programs Jodo Institute offers in boot camp?
Jodo Institute offers Cisco certification courses CCNA, CCNP
Microsoft certification courses: MCSA 2003, MCSE 2003, MS Exchange 2003, also offers specialization track on MCSE :Security and MCSE : Messaging.
Red Hat Linux certification courses, RHCE and RHCT.
Q. What are the pre-requisites required for taking the Networking and Security training programs at Jodo Institute?
Different Training programs have different eligibility criteria. Please refer to the individual training program page to know more about the pre-requisites specific to each course.

Q. Tell me about the infrastructure available in the training rooms?
All training rooms are equipped with P4 machines with 512MB RAM and 15 inches LCD monitors. The machines are networked together and every student is provided an individual workstation with all software pre-installed. For Cisco classes we use Cisco series 1900, 2900 switches and Cisco series 2500, 2600 routers. We also use 2 ISDN Line.
Q. What is the schedule of training?
Bootcamp timings will be 9.00 am- 5.00 pm or 10.00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Q. Can I avail extra time?
Yes. You can avail unlimited extra time after your class ends.
Q. What will be the batch size?
We believe in personalized attention. Maximum batch size will be of 4 students.
Q. Can I know more about the Instructors?
Our instructors are experienced professionals having real-world IT experience who are certified and have years of teaching experience.
Q. Do I have to go through the course material before I come to class ?
It is recommended.
Q. Do I get a certificate of participation?
Yes, you will get a participation certificate from Jodo Institute.
Q. What if I get interested in other courses, can I extend my stay to do the other courses?
Yes, you can extend the boot camp for other courses but you will need to pay extra for the other courses.
Q. Do you offer specialized one on one training ?
We offer specialized one on one training to fit your requirement. Please write to us at sales @Jodoinstitute.com for a personalized quote for the same.
Q. What is the cost of the exams ?
Microsoft : US$ 50
Cisco : US$ 150.
Red Hat : US$ 300.
Q. Will I get the vendor certificates immediately after clearing the certification?
The vendor certificates are directly sent by the vendor himself to your country address that you provide while registering the exam. You should receive them in approximately 30-45 days after the exam.

Q. Are there any offers for admission 2 months in advance?
We offer 10% discount for registering 2 months in advance and 5% discount for registering 1 month in advance. You will be required to pay in lump sum to avail the offer.

If you are a group of 3 or more friends we offer 20% discount on Course fees on lump sum payment to each individual.

Q. How do I register for a course?
You can register by paying registration fee of the course thru one of the following ways:
- Direct debit (Indian Bank – UTI, HDFC, Citibank)
- Credit / Debit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express(incur a surcharge of 3.5%)
- Paypal
- Wire transfer
- Local Cheque , DD
- Cash
Within 10 days of registration we have to submit the course fee. Otherwise the registration is cancelled.
Q. What is the refund policy?
All refunds need to be applied in writing via written application or fax or email.
Following refund policy applies:
30 days or before start of class 100% refund of Course Fee. Only the registration amount is non refundable.
20 days or before start of class 75% refund of Course Fee. Only the registration amount is non refundable.
7 days or before start of class 30% refund of Course Fee. Only the registration amount is non refundable
No refund will be given if notice is less than 7 days.

Q. What is the policy for rescheduling?
If you re-schedule a class 10% administration fees based your total course value will apply every time you re-schedule a class.
Q. Do you provide visa assistance?
We do not provide Visa assistance; please check with Indian Embassy in your country regarding type of Visa you can avail.

Q. Can we take student Visa for your boot camp courses?
Getting a Student Visa, would possibly require a letter from Ministry of Human Resource Development. Student Visa is generally for long term Graduate, Postgraduate Courses (1-4 years or more). Our training runs in few weeks. You may be touring some part of India when coming for this training. Check with Embassy, if Tourist Visa is more appropriate for you.

Q. Do I get a rebate if I arrange my own Hotel and meals?
Yes, we give a rebate of $ 25 per day from the price of the Budget Hotel.
Q. Is airfare included in the price?
Airfare is not included in the price.
Q. If after arriving in India I wish to downgrade, is it possible?
No, it is not possible to downgrade. However, upgrade is possible subject to availability of resources with us.
Q. Does this price include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea?
Yes, it includes all the meals. for more information see meal policy.
Q. Are there any hidden costs involved?
No, there are no hidden costs.
Q. What services are included in boarding and lodging?
It includes hotel tariff and meals only. Other services such as telephone calls, laundry, etc. are charged extra.
