Must have Original passport (validity should not be less then 6 months)
Two recent passport size photographs (5 photographs in case of Pakistani Nationals) |

Complete visa application form (Pakistani and Bangladeshi Nationals need to apply on special application forms) with proper sign( after taking printout) |

Required visa fees. |

Citizens of Pakistan need to fill Special Visa application forms (6 copies with 12 photos), and Bangladesh (2 copies with 2 photos). |
| 5. |
An additional reference form is required to fill up by the nationals of Srilankan (available at the designated counter in the Embassy) along with the prescribed form for visa. |
