  Network Engineer  
  Job Profile:
Plan and implement LAN/WAN
Troubleshooting and support networking issues.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN tools, wiring and equipment.
Troubleshoot Routing EIGRP, BGP, IP issues.
Configure and troubleshoot Router and switch.
Remote Access, VPN, firewall deployment/configuration.
Assess Network security and vulnerabilities.

Skills:
Strong commitment to customer service, excellent analytical and problem solving. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
General requirement is of Hands on experience with Cisco equipment ie 3500, 3750, 4500 series etc.
IP traffic flow, capturing and monitoring of live traffic streams, sniffing etc.
Experience with VoIP and IP telephony.
Document Customers Network and services provided to users.
Working with Cisco IOS, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF environments etc.
Working with VPN concepts, services and deployment.

Education Qualification and Experience:

Generally most companies require few years of experience
Degree in a related field is generally preferred.
CCNA, CCDP, CCIE etc.
 
   
  System Administrator (Windows)  
  Job Profile:
Install and configure operating system. Harden it with latest security patches. Close unnecessary ports.
Install various applications and configure them for optimum performance.
Develop, Implement, and document server/application configurations, manage and ensuring security of IT environment.
Identify the why system crashed or slowed down and resolve the issue.
Develop, Implement, and document user group/policies, configuration standards, policies and procedures for operating, managing, and ensuring security of IT environment.
Evaluate the need for server or software upgrades/enhancements.

Skill Required:
Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of Windows Server 2000 and/or 2003.
Must possess solid software and hardware troubleshooting capability and experience performing Windows 2003 server builds.
Experience in administering servers for software applications including installation, configuration, management, and problem resolution.
Good knowledge of rights and security configuration in a multi-user terminal server environment.
Should be knowledgeable of Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory service, group policy implementation, security policies, and maintenance.
Knowledge of systems management, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
Experience with backup, restore, disaster recovery planning, and security planning.
Experience with licensing management.
Strong understanding of network transports, protocols and architectures, RAS, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and VPN solutions.
Knowledge of anti-virus/anti spam protection.

Most companies running critical applications would require that their System Administration Staff has few years of experience handling live server.

Knowledge of systems management, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.

UNIX system performance monitoring.
Shell scripting (writing and debugging) - ksh, csh, sh, bash, or Perl.
Configuring, managing services such as FTP, Sendmail, DNS.
Administration of DNS to support load-balancing and failover.
Knowledge of anti-virus/anti spam protection.

Recommended: Solaris and/or RH Linux Certification.
 
   
  Exchange Server Administrator  
  Job Profile:
Responsible for the design, specification, testing, and implementation of Microsoft Exchange Servers. Resolve Exchange Email system problems.
Document and implement server, software, and OS upgrades as and when required.
Monitors Microsoft Exchange systems to facilitate proper performance and performs diagnostics as needed.
Develops, implements, and documents configuration standards, policies, and procedures for operating, managing, and ensuring the security.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and trouble shooting skills.
Must have thorough understanding of Exchange Server 5.5/2000/2003 and Active Directory Services.
Install, Administer Exchange servers, back-up, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows Server NT/2000/2003.
Knowledge of systems management, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of anti-virus and anti spam strategies.
Some knowledge of trouble shooting hardware problems.
Thorough understanding of industry standards.

Work Experience Requirements:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
